SHIPPING Free shipping on all on all camping accessories and outdoor products priced $49.99 or more, and just $4.99 shipping on each item priced below $49.99. Currently, we can only ship within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Depending on the volume of orders and the time of day that an order is recieved, it typically takes from 1-3 days to process an order. All merchandise is shipped UPS ground, so please allow 5-7 days for shipping. RETURNS All sales are final, but for returns on defective products, if a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, call Coleman's Customer Service at 800-835-3278 for return instructions and to receive a Return Authorization Code. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package and the following requirements:· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). · Original packaging. · Original invoice or receipt. If you receive an incorrect product, you can either email us with the form below or call 970-389-7669 for return instructions. SALES TAXES Nope. Sorry. We don't charge you sales tax, so you will just have to save money when you buy from us. |
